FAQ

Is it fair, what is RTP, can coins be cashed out, where is progress saved, and how do autoplay and turbo work.

1How are results decided?

Every spin is decided by your browser’s secure random number generator, at the moment you press Spin. The reel animation, the lever and when you stop the reels never change the result. Stopping early and turbo only skip the animation.

We never fake “near misses” either.

2What is RTP?

The return to player (RTP) is how many of the coins you bet come back on average over the long run. For example, 96.65% means that over a million coins bet, a little over 960,000 come back in the long run. It’s an average over a very large number of spins; over a short session you may get much more or much less.

MachineRTPVolatility
Classic Slots96.65%Low
Fruit Cascade97.5%Medium
Lucky 7s96.3%Medium

The Classic Slots figure is exact, calculated over all 27,000 possible stops. The other two come from 5 million simulated spins.

3What is volatility?

A low-volatility machine pays small wins often, with gentle ups and downs. A high-volatility machine goes many spins without paying, then occasionally pays a lot. The three machines return about the same overall; they differ in *how* it comes back.

4Can I buy coins or cash them out?

No. Coins can only be earned for free. They can’t be bought, and they can’t be exchanged for money, points or prizes. This is a free entertainment game for adults, not gambling. Doing well here doesn’t mean you’ll win at real-money gambling.

5Why was there no celebration when something paid?

If a spin pays no more than your bet, you actually lost coins, so the screen only says “Paid back” without a celebration. It doesn’t count toward “Win N times” missions either.

6Where is my progress saved? Will I lose it on a new phone?

Coins, level and stats are saved in this browser only. There’s no sign-up and nothing is uploaded. A new device, another browser, or clearing site data starts you from the beginning.

To start over yourself, press “Start over” at the bottom of the lobby.

7How does autoplay work?

Press “Auto” on a machine and choose 10, 25, 50 or 100 spins. Autoplay stops by itself when free spins start, when you don’t have enough coins for the next spin, or when you switch to another tab. Press the button again while it’s running to stop.

8What is turbo?

“Turbo” shortens the animations; results and win amounts stay the same. Toggle it on the machine, or turn it on by default in Settings.

9Break reminders

By default you get a reminder to take a break every 30 minutes of play. You can turn it off in Settings.
