Lucky Lantern works like a Japanese pachislot. Pull the lever and the result is drawn at once; then you stop each reel yourself with the stop buttons. When a BIG or REG bonus is drawn, the lantern always lights up, and the bonus waits until you line up the 7s. Aim help can light the button or line the 7 up for you.
Paytable and rules
- Press Spin (the lever) and the result of the game is decided on the spot by a “flag” draw. Then stop the three reels with the stop buttons (or keys 1, 2, 3). Only the middle line counts.
- The stop buttons only decide where the reels stop on screen, never the score. A reel can slide up to 4 symbols after you press, so a small win that was drawn always lines up, and symbols that were not drawn are always kicked off the line. Without a bonus flag, a 7 never stops on the line.
- Three ramune bottles pay 2.65× bet. Three fireworks are a Replay: your bet comes back. A goldfish on the left reel returns 0.65× bet.
- When a BIG or REG bonus is drawn, the lantern always lights up: 25% of the time as you pull the lever, otherwise when the third reel stops. The bonus waits until you line up 7-7-7 (BIG) or 7-7-fan (REG). These aiming games cost nothing, so missing the 7 only costs time.
- BIG plays 20 games of 4× bet (80× in total); REG plays 10 games of 3× bet (30× in total).
- Aim help: “Self” gives no help, “Glow” lights a stop button while its 7 is in reach (only after the lantern lights), “Auto aim” always lines the 7 up. Auto spins, Auto finish, leaving or reloading use auto aim. There is one setting only, the odds below are the real ones, and none of this changes the RTP.
